Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of order received. Please allow us 4-5 working days for delivery. If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. In some cases a signature will be required on delivery. 

We will only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered. 

Please allow us 7-10 working days for delivery during sale rush.

Note: If you do not receive the order within 5 days please inform us.

Postage Costs:

All orders placed for delivery within the UK are charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order. However Europe orders will incur a £14.95 fee  to allow for the cost of delivery up to 10KG, if order is more than 10KG postage price will vary.

All made to measure orders will be delivered within 4 weeks of the date of order. We will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
