Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).

All UK orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service, with two delivery options available at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95
  Usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.00
  Usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

If there is an unexpected stock issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact details provided with your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail delays, bank holidays and particularly busy periods may occasionally result in your order taking longer to arrive.

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

European Delivery

European orders are charged £14.95 for parcels up to 10kg. Orders weighing more than 10kg may incur an additional delivery charge.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Made to Measure Orders

Made to measure items require additional time as they are prepared specifically to your measurements.

Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of order for made to measure orders to be completed and delivered.

We will keep you informed throughout the process.
