Your right to cancel an online order

If you buy from us online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

Return condition

You may inspect and try on an item in the same way you would in a shop. Returned goods should be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please take care when trying on clothing and avoid contact with make-up, fragrance or anything that may mark the item.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to check its fit, nature and features, and that handling has reduced its value.

How to make a return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@fancyfashions.co.uk or on 01274 487918. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. Pack the item securely and include your order details inside the parcel.
3. Send it to: Fancy Fashions Ltd, 122–124 Toller Lane, Bradford, BD8 9DA.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. We will issue the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return before processing the refund.

Where the whole online order is cancelled, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, any amount above the standard delivery cost is not refundable. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund in line with this policy.

Jewellery

Jewellery may be returned or exchanged within the time limits above if it is unworn, unused and returned with its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery must have its hygiene seal intact unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will explain the next steps and cover reasonable return costs where required. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
