Made To Measure Service
Our made-to-measure service allows you to order selected Indian outfits created using your individual body measurements. It is ideal for customers who want a more personalised fit or who cannot find a suitable standard ready-made size.
Choose the design shown on our website, enter the required measurements in inches and pay securely online. Your outfit will then be individually prepared using the information submitted with your order.
What Does Made to Measure Mean?
A made-to-measure outfit is produced using the body measurements supplied by the customer. The shape and fit are adjusted using those measurements, while the garment’s original design, fabric, colour, embroidery and overall appearance remain as shown on the product page.
Made to measure is different from a fully bespoke design service. Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, customers cannot change the fabric, colour, embroidery, neckline or garment design.
How to Order a Made-to-Measure Outfit
- Choose your outfit: Select one of the designs available in our made-to-measure collection.
- Read the product information: Check the photographs, description, included pieces, production time and price.
- Enter your measurements: Complete every required measurement field in inches.
- Check your information: Carefully review every measurement before confirming that it is correct.
- Complete payment: Pay the full product price securely through our online checkout.
- Production begins: We review your order and prepare the submitted information for our tailoring team.
Your Made-to-Measure Order Journey
Week 1 — Your Order and Measurements Are Reviewed
We prepare your order and review the measurements you submitted. If anything appears unclear, we may contact you for clarification before production continues.
Weeks 2–4 — Your Outfit Is Being Created
Your outfit is individually cut, stitched and finished using the measurements provided with your order.
Week 5 — Finishing and Quality Checks
Your completed outfit goes through finishing and quality checks before it is approved for packaging.
Around Week 6 — Packaging and Dispatch
Your finished outfit is carefully packaged and dispatched. You will receive dispatch information when your order is on its way.
Please note: This timeline is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Measurement queries, intricate designs and exceptionally busy periods may require additional time. Please order well before your wedding, Eid celebration or other event.
Measurements for Ladies’ Outfits
Depending on the selected garment, ladies may be asked to provide:
- Bust

Measurements for Men’s Jackets and Outfits
Depending on the selected garment, men may be asked to provide:
- Chest
- Waist
- Hips
- Shoulder width
- Sleeve length
- Jacket or garment length
- Neck
- Height
- Preferred fit
How to Take Your Measurements
- Enter every measurement in inches only.
- Use a flexible dressmaking tape measure.
- Wear light, close-fitting clothing while measuring.
- Stand naturally without holding your breath or pulling your stomach in.
- Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably fitted.
- Ask another person to take your measurements whenever possible.
- Do not measure over a bulky coat, jacket or jumper.
- Do not add extra fitting room unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Bust, chest, waist, hip, neck and armhole measurements should be supplied as complete body-circumference measurements. They should not be measurements taken flat across an existing garment.
Your Responsibility When Providing Measurements
Please check every measurement carefully before placing your order. The outfit will be produced using the information you submit, so incorrect measurements may affect the final fit.

Price and Payment
The price displayed on the product page is the price you pay for the selected made-to-measure outfit unless an additional service has been clearly agreed separately. Full payment is required through our secure checkout when the order is placed.
Any valid promotional discount will be shown during checkout, subject to its individual terms and exclusions.
Production Time and Event Dates
Please allow approximately six weeks for production before dispatch. Delivery time begins after the outfit has completed production and has been dispatched.
If you require the outfit for a wedding, Nikkah, Mehndi, Eid celebration or another dated event, order as early as possible. Providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless this has been expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Changing Measurements After Ordering
Contact us immediately if you discover an error after placing your order. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your measurements have been passed to the tailoring team or production has started.
Changing measurements or requesting design alterations may delay the order and could involve an additional charge. We will explain any additional cost before carrying out work that was not included in the original order.
Delivery
When your outfit is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched to the delivery address supplied during checkout. UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Production and delivery are separate stages. The approximately six-week production estimate does not include unexpected courier delays.
Returns and Cancellations
Made-to-measure garments are created specifically using the measurements supplied by the customer. For this reason, they cannot normally be returned or refunded simply because the customer has changed their mind or supplied incorrect measurements.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once production has begun, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us if an item is faulty, misdescribed or has not been produced according to the measurements agreed with us. Read our Refund Policy for further information.

Do I enter my measurements online?
Yes. Every made-to-measure product contains the required measurement fields. Complete all required fields in inches before adding the product to your bag.
Do I need to pay when placing the order?
Yes. The full price shown on the product page is paid securely through our online checkout.
How long does a made-to-measure order take?
Please allow approximately six weeks for production before dispatch. Delivery takes place after production has been completed.
Can I choose a different colour or fabric?
Not unless the product page specifically offers that option. The service normally adjusts the pictured outfit to your measurements without changing its original design, colour, fabric or embroidery.
Can I change my measurements after ordering?
Contact us immediately. We may be able to update them if production has not started, but changes cannot be guaranteed afterwards.
What if I do not know how to measure myself?
Ask another person to help and follow the measurement instructions carefully. You can also call us on 01274 487918 before ordering.
Should I add extra room to my measurements?
No. Enter your actual body measurements unless we specifically instruct you otherwise. The tailoring team will apply the appropriate fitting allowance.
Can I return a made-to-measure outfit?
Made-to-measure outfits cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind or incorrect customer-supplied measurements. Your statutory rights still apply if the garment is faulty, misdescribed or not made to the agreed measurements.
Is delivery included within the six-week estimate?
No. The estimate covers production before dispatch. Courier delivery begins after your outfit is completed and dispatched.
