How your return works

Verify your email
Enter the email used at checkout. Shopify will email you a secure six-digit sign-in code.

Select your order
Open the delivered order, choose “Request return”, select the item and give your reason.

Wait for approval
We will review your request and email the return instructions. Please do not send anything before approval.
Return postage
Once your return request has been approved, purchase your return postage directly from Royal Mail. We recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Print your label at home or use your Royal Mail QR code at a participating drop-off location.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before purchasing return postage.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return has been received and checked. Your bank may take additional time to show the payment.
Can I request an exchange?
Yes, exchanges are subject to availability. Start a return request and contact us with the size or item you would like instead.
What if my order arrived faulty or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will explain the next steps and cover reasonable return costs where required.
